Basecamp

A modern, two-story modular building was designed as a base for Hull City Football Club. Prefabricated steel units allowed for quick assembly and long-term flexibility. Large, glazed openings maximise natural light, while a steel column-and-beam system allows adaptable layouts. Its black and amber striped facade reflects the club's colours.

As the main contractor, the concept and schematic design projects of the defense systems production building were prepared in a BIM environment. The design integrates offices, R&D, production, and military vehicle functions, featuring a central atrium with an amphitheater, a green courtyard, and clear zoning. Façades use glass and aluminum in office areas and sandwich panels in production zones, supported by smart systems, acoustic comfort, and sustainable technologies.
